大埔寶馬山 Grand Palisades

The Grand Palisades project aims to renovate the home of a retired couple who have lived there for over twenty years. They hope to improve their quality of life after retirement while preparing for future smart home trends.

Design Concept

Our design goal is to create a smart home environment without internet blind spot, particularly emphasizing the setup of additional network reception points. In addition, the application of smart curtains and lighting makes the living environment more convenient. The central control panel is designed to support other smart appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and door locks in the future, perfectly meeting the homeowners' needs for a smart lifestyle.

Material Selection

We have adopted new types of materials, such as wood-look stainless steel finishes, which are both aesthetically pleasing and eco-friendly, while also better controlling the budget, fully in line with modern living concepts.

Design Style

The interior design adopts a perfect combination of Neo classicism and modern style, ensuring that the visual effect will not fade with trends, providing the homeowners with a long-lasting, comfortable, and stylish living environment.
